1. Please note that to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Payment of the Balance is required 72 hours (3days) prior to arrival. (Please note our Cancellation Policy below).
2. A key deposit of R250 will be charged additionally and will be refunded on departure.
3. Check in time is from 14H00 on the day of arrival, and check out time is 11H00 on the day of departure.
4. Please notify the quest house of any late arrivals, cancellations or changes.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation one week or more prior to book in date: 50% of full accommodation rate is charged.
• Cancellation within one week of booking date: Full accommodation rate is charged.
• Cancellation of Peak Season bookings at any time: Full accommodation rate is charged.
• Should you wish to cancel days, shorten your booking or take days in-between out of booked schedules, the full accommodation rate will still be charged?
5. DEPARTURE: All equipment and utensils (including oven and grill tray) etc., must be left clean and tidy. Failure to comply may result in an extra cleaning charge
6. BREAKAGES: The hirer shall be liable to pay for any breakages, damage or loss caused by a member of his party.
7. LOSS OR INJURY: It is the express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any injury to visitors, or loss or damage to their property or vehicles. Neither can we be held responsible for non-availability of accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Vyedam is a Non-Smoking Venue. Thank you for not smoking inside the venue, smoking is allowed on the outside verandas.
9. No Pets allowed

Any further outstanding amounts should be settled on presentation of the Invoice on departure from the Guest House
